The most important step is to check out premade bracelets to get an idea of designs and materials. If you already have a design in your head, you can start right away.

What will you need?

1.       Beads of your choice in one/ two or more colours. You can choose from acrylic beads/ Gemstone beads/ Matte Finish Beads/ Alphabet beads/ ceramic beads/ brass beads/ crystal beads/ glass beads/ metal beads/ pearl beads/ Wooden beads, or evil eye beads available in different colours and sizes.

2.       Silver charms

3.       Elastic thread for stretchable bracelets or cotton thread/ Jewellery-making wire if using large-sized beads

4.       Jump rings to attach charms

5.       Scissors or a wire cutter

6.       Clasps and a brass chain for adjustable bracelets

7.       Plier

8.       Hooks

9.       Or you can go with DIY bracelet-making kits.

Here's the process
Here's the process
  1. To start, first take the thread or wire and measure the required length according to the wrist size. Keep a gap of one finger so it's not too tight. Cut the remaining wire using a wire cutter or scissors.

  1. Arrange the beads in the pattern you like. You can add silver charms in between if it is a single colour bracelet or at both ends if it is multi-colored, to make it look more beautiful. Pull the Beads for Jewellery Making Materials through the wire in the chosen pattern.

  1. You can also add the silver charm by attaching a jump ring to it (using a pair of pliers).

4. Tie both ends together, and your simple bracelet is ready.

If you want a minimalist finish-

1. If you need something simple, elegant and classy to go with your outfit, follow these steps and make a chain bracelet on your own.

2. You will need Clasps, brass chain, silver charms, jump rings, glass beads/ micro gemstone beads, seed beads, crystals, metal beads, or pearl beads for this.

  1. Start by measuring the required length according to the wrist size. You can keep some extra chain, as we are making an adjustable bracelet.

4. Add a clasp at one end.

5. Put silver charms in jump rings using a pair of pliers and attach those jump rings to the gaps. Secure the jump rings so the charms do not fall out.

6. You can also add beads of your choice in the same way.

7. The chain bracelet is ready. Wear it and secure the free end with the clasp.

Things to keep in mind-

Choosing the right beads and stringing material is important for long-lasting jewellery. You wouldn't want to use a soft stone like turquoise on a bracelet. Crystal glass beads are perfect for gifts.

Try using the Matte Finish Beads. They are the ideal choice for creating contemporary bracelets. With their smooth, non-glossy surface, these beads pair well with both bold and modest designs.
